4. Valuation
- On receipt, your items will be tested, weighed, and valued by a qualified assessor.
- Our offer is based on weight, purity (carat), current spot price, and a published refining margin.
- We will email you a written offer within [X working days — TBC] of receiving your parcel.

5. Acceptance & payment

- Once payment is sent, the sale is final and items become the property of Cash4Metal.
6. Rejecting an offer
- If you reject our offer, we will return your items free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the address provided in your form.

7. Items we cannot accept
